About Zar Productions
In 1999 a group of friends decided to start a community TV program on the old channel 31. The success of IRPTV lasted until the end of 2006 where the members of the group decided to change directions.
In 2007 Alex & Matty Zar created Zar Productions and since then they have been fortunate enough to be involved in creating some very rewarding & exciting work.
Alex Zar
Alex Zar is a graduate from Metro Screen film school but most importantly he brings a lifetime of experiences in Management, Retail, Wholesale, Real estate, Transportation, Food and Fashion industry, into every project.
Alex is an experienced cinematographer, graphic designer, web developer and an advanced film editor in Mac & PC platforms.
Matty Zar
Matty Zar is an artist and a scientist. Having graduated from Tehran University in food science & technology engineering degree and being able to speak three languages she is a rare asset for this company.
Matty is also a professional Photographer with over seven years experience.
